1. About us

This website is operated by Tyrone Brown, trading as Hollin & Hearth, a sole trader. Address: 30 Squirrel Close, Hounslow, TW4 7NX, United Kingdom. Email: hollinhearth@gmail.com. We are not VAT registered.

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers. Please read them before ordering. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy also apply.

2. Ordering and our contract with you

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been accepted, or when we dispatch it, whichever comes first. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was a clear error. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£), and delivery to Great Britain is free. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Great Britain. Delivery times and other details are in our Shipping Policy. If we haven't delivered within 30 days of your order (or any other period we agreed with you), you can cancel and get a full refund.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returns are free. Full details, including the model cancellation form, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We're required by law to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other consumer law. For more information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice.

7. Using the products

Please follow the instructions on the product page. Our bed sheet holders aren't designed for cots or children's beds, and should be kept away from small children.

8. Our liability to you

  • Losses we're responsible for: if we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that.
  • Business losses: we're not responsible for business losses. Our products are for domestic and private use.
  • What we never exclude: we don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

9. Website content

We try to keep product information and photos accurate, but colours on screen may vary slightly. Product images show the item that will be supplied.

10. Reviews

If we show customer reviews, they come only from genuine customers. We don't post fake reviews, pay for reviews without saying so, or hide negative reviews.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at hollinhearth@gmail.com, and we'll try to resolve any problem quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
